Very rigid corporate and sales structure, all territories (regardless of province and location) are expected to fit into corporate mold, despite regional differences. Being surprised with a email stating that all annual raises would be eliminated was tough to swallow. Product launch processes and planning was inadequate and new products suffered. Reimbursement challenges were compounded by lack of preparation and foresight. Promotions and opportunity to advance were severely limited.
