      Great training , great people, amazing RRSP matching and benefits.

      Cons

      Top down corporate structure, no diversity or women in senior sales leadership, reactive instead of proactive approach to changing needs, lack of innovation and pipeline. Salaries are weaker than average for sales reps in the industry.
