      Pros

      High salary and can beat most of the companies in similar industry. Flexi working hour with lot of travelling and training opportunities.

      Cons

      The performance review is still based on who is the favourite staff and not really fair. Must be really close to management and superiors if want to have an excellent performance review.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
