      Pros

      Boss was very friendly and coworkers were great. Good exercise as well and got to meet a lot of people.

      Cons

      Can be physically demanding to some, at times I was exhausted. Pay was minimum, but I got a small raise a month after working there.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
