Pros
I’ve had an amazing team. A very understanding boss. Plenty of responsibilities but that just made me better at my job.
Cons
Poor till operation system - was going down almost every week. Poor pay, especially for Customer Advisors, which meant we had to hire a new person every month cause people were leaving for companies that paid better.
