Pros
Good Salary, benefits and work life balance so far. However things may change.
Cons
Not many interesting things to do and sometimes you may feel you are at the end of your techincal career. The system will not let you take and execute fast decisions even if you are 100% right since everybody, even the people that is not involved in the project, has to participate. This only causes delays.
