Really good working culture. Very professional yet friendly at the same time. Organization loves to learn as a whole.
Cons
The oil and gas industry is relatively slow at innovating and responding to climate change. The industry is also not likely to grow in the future leading to more limited career opportunities. Due to downsizing inn recent years, there has been a loss of a lot of senior technical knowledge and not enough time to pass it down.
