      -really talented people -great product -decent salary

      Cons

      -the company used to have an amazing culture, but no longer -- people are generally professional, but stressed and disengaged -pretty much fully remote, so tough to bond with coworkers -many untrained middle managers who lack leadership skills -generally disorganized and that causes resources to be wasted -"projects" or teams get started up and disbanded quickly, so when you're hired, you may think it's long-term, but not necessarily

      Pros

      Remote first culture. If you want freedom of location and a company to truly mean and support it - this is the place.

      Cons

      Constant change. Nothing to hold on to in this role, compensation, KPI's, tools all change every quarter.

      Pros

      High comp and AI forward. One of the few remote places left.

      Cons

      Upper management basically openly disdains the “working class”, and it’s a major jostle among the VP and Director level for currying favor with the CEO. The investment in AI tooling is smart but also the C suite majorly suffers from AI psychosis, it’s embarrassing, actually.
