      Pros

      Most amazing place I have ever worked at. Senior management is fabulous. If you are going to spend 40 hours a week working, I wouldn't want it to be a place other than Shopify.

      I am sure there are cons to working here. I am yet to come across one.

      Pros

      Remote first culture. If you want freedom of location and a company to truly mean and support it - this is the place.

      Cons

      Constant change. Nothing to hold on to in this role, compensation, KPI's, tools all change every quarter.

      Pros

      High comp and AI forward. One of the few remote places left.

      Cons

      Upper management basically openly disdains the “working class”, and it’s a major jostle among the VP and Director level for currying favor with the CEO. The investment in AI tooling is smart but also the C suite majorly suffers from AI psychosis, it’s embarrassing, actually.
