Pros
Compensation package is good (for now).
Cons
It's a company based on personal cult around the CEO, who is a micromanagement control freak, and the new senior management team also has the same style. It's detrimental to long term development of the company. Benefits had been diminished since going "digital by default" (working remotely forever). The latest massive layoffs were handled very amateurishly. Good luck to those who were spared, would be a heck of a job trying to pick up the works after all the good developers were let go.
