      Cool company *reputable and innovate*

      Cons

      - no sales culture whatsoever - no major differentiators between premium plan type and the self serve option one notch below it but DRASTICALLY cheaper in price - hard to deepen your craft when you're constantly punted to another AI tool they throw at us rather than provide actual enablement

      Pros

      Remote first culture. If you want freedom of location and a company to truly mean and support it - this is the place.

      Cons

      Constant change. Nothing to hold on to in this role, compensation, KPI's, tools all change every quarter.
