Business Outlook
Pros
Great colleagues and managers - very supportive and collaborative environment. The product is great and it really feels like that there is a lot of momentum and the team is really building a 100 year company
Cons
Structure is horrible - especially for marketers. Constant reorgs and senior leadership who have got a bit too arrogant and very preachy - not appreciative of certain crafts and skills. Career progression and opportunities are limited in regional roles - if you're not based in North America its tough to make real progress or see long-term opportunity
