      Pros

      It was remote, there were some nice people on the team, the pay was fine.

      Cons

      Horribly toxic leadership, the people rewarded were usually the people who broke things and then fixed them. The company pitted employees against each other and made collaboration really difficult in a competitive, low trust environment.

      Pros

      Remote first culture. If you want freedom of location and a company to truly mean and support it - this is the place.

      Cons

      Constant change. Nothing to hold on to in this role, compensation, KPI's, tools all change every quarter.

      Great folks to work alongside. Work-life balance can be good, but depends upon the team/organization you are on.

      Continuous layoffs have led to a poor work culture.
