Senior managers get wheels and a phone, rank and file get rice subsidy

culture of bribery deeply engrained in sales departments, local strategy out of focus, caught up in global orientation, compensation levels below local industry averages, product/price spectrum not aligned to market requirements. incessant reorganization distract from business objectives. answerable to multiple bosses. overtime a necessity, vision/mission a dull veneer
