Pros
Organized program with great rotational managers that coach you and provide feedback. Awesome way to move up in the company within or outside your field. You make connections at numerous sites with people from all departments. You make great friends with others in Development programs and get to see them every 6 months for a week of presenting, touring, and having fun.
Cons
Not enough locations within my division. Would like to see the program expand outside of just one division. Also, I wish we could be more selective with our four positions.
