Pros
Very intelligent people. There is never a case of having to cover for a co-worker who is a bit "thick". Also there is excellent technology to develop and learn and the customer's tend to be wonderful people to work with as well.
Cons
Management tends to get rid of the people that the customers want to have around. It is a place where we work with customers intimately and for long periods of time (sometimes ten years or more) and keep the one's on who the customer wants to see less of. An upgrade contract was postponed last year because a customer did not like the fact that the employee they would be working with had poor hygeine.
