It is said that there are carrees plans, but your promotions will be based on how desperately they can't afford to lose you, or the general luck, like most companies. Leadership is enforced by the directors, but it mostly depends on how lucky you are to have a good leader. You rarely have support for trainning, and most managers will have no respect for your work time, and will not pay you for overtime.
