Pros
To get experience and find a better paying job with a company were employees are treated like people not numbers. Siemens name looks good on the resume if supported by at least three years of experience there.
Cons
Low salaries!!! Lack of leadership. Wasteful system. The employees in Europe are offered much better terms than their American counterparts. There are layers and layers of mid level management just to handle the bureaucratic ways of the company and each of the managers is overloaded with work for work sake.
