Pros
nice people, not too stressful. Many people seem to enjoy working there, but there has been a lot of turnover lately. Overall it is a nice place to work, nothing horrible or reckless to run from.
Cons
pay is not great if you started there out of college, HR is pretty useless. Unless you have a manager who likes you or someone who can promote you within the organization I would leave. There are a lot of wasteful people and programs spent from German heads that can be annoying, always steering to carry out objectives of the "mother country".
