Siemens has fantastic growth oppurtunities. This is due mostly to the size of the company footprint here in the Malvern offices.
Cons
Due mostly do the size of the company, the communication is very limited. Also the yearly review system is an overtly convoluted and involves a raise determined by a peer review board of impartial 'judges' who have never met you. If you lack that ability to CLEARLY explain your accomplishments and why you deserve a raise, you won't see what you deserve.
