The company has a maximum of 2 Work from Home privilege per week. Lots of career opportunities and growth. Employee career care is their goal towards success and creating a better culture.

      Cons

      Night shift is the only shift available for new hires and switching other shifts may need additional approvals.

      - Bad management - No new projects - Monthly silent layoffs - Basically if you are in bench, expect to be laid off - Loyalty means nothing, no culture
