Pros
I enjoyed working remote. Most of my team members were smart and great to work with. Simplus supported my career growth and transition to a different role
Cons
Lots of changes over the last few years as Simplus went from a start-up to being bought by a large company. Lots of employees and leadership left which creates a challenge for those trying to keep the ball moving. I wasn't challenged a lot towards the end
