Slack provides a great work life balance. They really care about their employees. I feel very lucky to work alongside a great team where I am continuously learning and challenged everyday

Coworkers are smart, kind, and supportive. Good product. Interesting problems to solve.
Cons
Culture has lost its way a bit under Salesforce. Tight budget, hiring freezes, and tight ACV goals and deadlines have changed priorities across the company for the worse. Stock isn't doing well.
