Pros
Growth opportunities, I had a few managers that taught me a lot and encouraged growth. Co-Workers, I made friends for life working with a few and we followed each other working at two different Sodexo locations over our 18 years together.
Cons
Pay! Sodexo is one of the lowest paying companies in our industry. They also do not care about the employees, you are disposable commodity and do not believe when they tell you otherwise.
