      hourly employees treated unfairly, salary employees workload does not reflect their contribution to the company, excellent workers not given the chance to advance over "buddies" of DM and GM

      My coworkers are the best

      Cons

      No pay raises because I’m relief dietitian even though I have been subjected to evaluations which have been good past three years which is frustrating because I give my all to my work and I get no other benefits like PTO. I feel ignored by Sodexo and wish I was a hospital employee again.
