Due to my particular position my hours were flexible and I wasn't micromanaged I received a promotion within 2 years It was an excercise in managing numerous projects simultaneously
Cons
Toxic work environment, a lot of office politics and being direct was discouraged constant overextension of limited staff poor communication and lack of sustainable structure chaotic
