Pros
Rate of Pay was competitive. Large networking opportunities. Reasonably good benefits. Worldwide employer with many opportunities across the country.
Cons
Company is so large, many personalized training opportunities are lost as a new employee. Very much a crap shoot as to what type of personality your boss is which directly relates to sustained happiness. Sodexo is all about the client; if you are caught in the middle, they will not support you if it comes down to you or the client.
