Pros
Diversity of business is interesting. Opportunity to move around is available. Pay is market rate.
Cons
Poor business planning and no strategic thinking. Too much emphasis on reporting. They go through cycles where as the business grow they employ and are just as quick to slash jobs when things don't look so good. This could be alleviated if there was more stability in their thinking and some actual vision.
