      Pros

      Good market and proposal do deliver to the market. They have a good proposal in other to improve quality of life and help people to be more healthy.

      Cons

      Bad decision maker process, more based on internal point of view than external and long term strategy. In my opinion the company has been changed for a wrong trends.

      My coworkers are the best

      Cons

      No pay raises because I’m relief dietitian even though I have been subjected to evaluations which have been good past three years which is frustrating because I give my all to my work and I get no other benefits like PTO. I feel ignored by Sodexo and wish I was a hospital employee again.
