      Upward mobility for those willing to transfer and work hard to prove their worth. Also, typically a Monday-Friday job with limited nights and weekends!

      60 hour work weeks are easy to do on a regular basis to keep ahead.

      My coworkers are the best

      Cons

      No pay raises because I’m relief dietitian even though I have been subjected to evaluations which have been good past three years which is frustrating because I give my all to my work and I get no other benefits like PTO. I feel ignored by Sodexo and wish I was a hospital employee again.
