      Pros

      money is good as its now the same as the nhs staff....this was fought for threw the union n 2 days of strike of all sodexo employees

      Cons

      sodexo have a very bad policy of sickness..........most illness are work related threw working in a hospital but ,get disaplined for being sick and away from work

      -Great PTO Benefits - Opportunities for learning/ mentorship - Consistent Schedule

      Cons

      - Competitive or challenging to transfer or move up to another career in the company - very strict attendance policies - The company has been downsizing and laying off - Many changes in the last two years with staffing, system changes - Lack of transparency
