      Talks a lot about positive changes in the future, but usually nothing gets done Doesn't tackle root problems Supposed to be agile, but far from it

      Pros

      Softplan is a small company that sells architectural design software. The biggest pro was my fellow employees.

      Cons

      There is absolutely zero opportunity to grow inside the company. Your income is highly dependent on your territory as well and laws and codes of those particular territories.
