      Nice place, friendly co-workers, solid company, pay more than the market average, they are investing in inovation.

      Legacy code is too old, 3 different companies in one but they don't share experience

      Pros

      Softplan is a small company that sells architectural design software. The biggest pro was my fellow employees.

      Cons

      There is absolutely zero opportunity to grow inside the company. Your income is highly dependent on your territory as well and laws and codes of those particular territories.
