      Pros

      Even though speaking in english in brazil is a hard situation all people in softplan have been lovely and super helpful

      Cons

      Florianopolis might seem like a super small town for people that are not used to it. not that many things to do

      Pros

      Softplan is a small company that sells architectural design software. The biggest pro was my fellow employees.

      Cons

      There is absolutely zero opportunity to grow inside the company. Your income is highly dependent on your territory as well and laws and codes of those particular territories.
