-Working with Sony Products -Independence and responsibilities -A lot of challenges
Cons
-Career path within the subsidiary are very limited for young ppl (<3 yrs of experience) -No real opportunities to go from one subsidiary to the other worlwide => lack of internal recruitment on a global scale -Management is conservative, old-school and does not really have a voice vs Top Mngt at European Level
