      Pros

      Giving Clients an MVP Treatment after there Hair Cut is Awesome!! Working with Amazing Stylists and Wonderful Clients that appreciate You!!

      Cons

      It's always unfortunate when Gossip and Drama Ensue and that's the only rough point I struggle with cause I want everyone to work as a Team and Be Happy at Work! And I like feeling Comfortable!

      Pay, schedule flexibility, growth opportunities, company events, benefits

      Cons

      The pay is excellent as long as you’re performance is strong and especially if your flexible with your schedule and full time. But if you’re not a good performer or super part time, this might not be the best place for you.

      Pros

      Great hourly pay with tips. Averaged about $38 to $40 an hour. Great starting place. They do offer training. The co-workers were nice at my location. Management does help you with flexible scheduling so if you have children, it works out great.

      Cons

      Burnout is real. Expected to complete service within an allotted short time. Too many clients come in that want expensive barbershop cuts but want to pay the lowest price (they really shouldn’t even go to sport clips for). Also, way too many clients with long hair wanting full scissor cuts. They won’t turn away clients even if the cuts they ask for are — are not something sport clips does or allows for a lot of time. TV’s get annoying after a while (too loud).
