      Pros

      Great pay Manager salary+ tips+ bonuses+ commission. Stylist hourly+ tips+ bonuses+commission. Fun friendly environment. I love who I work with it's enjoyable to go to work. I love the values and the standards Sport Clips instills in their stylist. I am proud to say I work for this awesome company and I am pretty sure all of the girls I work with would say the same. I have been with the company 9 years and not planning on leaving there is still room to grow and move up this company offers so many different positions and opportunities!!! You need to consider joining the Sport Clips team you won't regret it..Also as a whole the owners really care about their staff and are very involved you are not just another employee to them they make you feel like family.. SD

      Cons

      The stores are incredibly busy which is not a con!!!! We just need more stylist to fill all these new stores so we can be fully staffed! Awesome company to work for and I would highly recommend it.

      Pay, schedule flexibility, growth opportunities, company events, benefits

      Cons

      The pay is excellent as long as you’re performance is strong and especially if your flexible with your schedule and full time. But if you’re not a good performer or super part time, this might not be the best place for you.

      Pros

      Great hourly pay with tips. Averaged about $38 to $40 an hour. Great starting place. They do offer training. The co-workers were nice at my location. Management does help you with flexible scheduling so if you have children, it works out great.

      Cons

      Burnout is real. Expected to complete service within an allotted short time. Too many clients come in that want expensive barbershop cuts but want to pay the lowest price (they really shouldn’t even go to sport clips for). Also, way too many clients with long hair wanting full scissor cuts. They won’t turn away clients even if the cuts they ask for are — are not something sport clips does or allows for a lot of time. TV’s get annoying after a while (too loud).
