Pros
The store I worked at was owned by an awesome man who was focused on not only great customer service, but also on creating great compatable teams to work in the store. As a result it was not only a great work environment for the staff but also a peaceful environment for the customers. Customers noticed that there was no tension or agrivation from the staff. They felt like it was a place where they would be treated with respect and listed to. Retention was very high and turnover of the staff was very low.
Cons
Not all locations have the same standards (as far as management/employees go). Because this is a franchise it is up to the ower who they hire. All employees are required to go to continuing education so the quality of the work is overall equall in all Sport Clips, however, there are no class to teach personality. Management can be difficult to deal with in som instances and staff can sometimes be irritable.
