Pros
Great southern hospitality! They have a great concept and if you are trained right from the beginning like at my store you will be on top fast! Unlike other companies where they pay you minimum wage and are all about quantity. Sport Clips is all about good customer service and quality! The best features!!
Cons
There are no downsides to the company!! It's a great company and if you follow everything Gordon set up you are going to be making money and having fun while doing it! Definately not overworked:)!! And you don't have to overwork yourself to get a good paycheck either. The only downside is you give hairdressers an awesome place to work everything they need or want in a company and they become slackers who show up late and call in sick all the time. So in the Cosmetology industry it's very hard to find a goal oriented stylist whose not a slacker and when you do find them they stay and grow with the company!! MANY OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH!!
