Pros
I can say that the benefits (dental, health care insurance) are compatible with big cities. My salary was good because of client's request.
Cons
If you work as "body shop", the company doesn't want to know who you are. You don't have a career plan, nor a work feedback. Don't even bother asking for courses. You don't feel like an employee. Your access to personnel is so difficult that the HR doesn't even know you work for there. You have to introduce yourself every time you call them.
