      Pros

      You can finish your work quite quickly once you get used to the processes and then coast along until the end of the day. It's easy to get in even without experience because the pay is terrible.

      Cons

      Salaries are well below average. Working hours for IT support are 24/7 and you will find yourself working weekends and nights quite often.
