Pros
Lots of time flexibility, a full benefits package. I work in a very team-oriented environment but it can be difficult to get management on the same page. Promotions can be available, in house. The particular job I have offers a lot of varied experiences between IT, business analysis, inventory and asset management, and finally, logistics. It's a great place for people with lots of different kinds of knowledge or people who at least want to learn lots of different things.
Cons
The downside is in this environment there is a lot of stress because you're dealing with high client expectations, and if you're looking for hybrid or remote work, you're out of luck. Finally, given everything the pay is pretty abysmal versus the industry average.
