Pros
Everyone is good. They teach you, they explain everything well, they want you to understand and learn well. I didn't meet anyone there who is unlikeable or undesirable. I have met honest people who have told me the whole truth to my face.
Cons
The people are underpaid, because the company has the impression they compensate by offering fully-remote jobs. The majority of people there don't complain on their salaries, but they actually are unsatisfied.
