Very challenging and there's so much to learn as an IT Professional
Cons
Very stressful. It's like you're working in BPO. Too much workload, they will even ask you to support multiple clients(global companies) concurrently, which follows very different business process so there's a chance that you will be overloaded with information and just give up eventually.
