You're given the chance to work with the multinational companies and be exposed to their work ethics and business processes, which is a fertile ground for learning about the trade
Cons
Once you've familiarized yourself with everything (the processes, the products, the whole trade), things become bland and quite repetitive (in my opinion). For someone hungry for new and fresh experiences, you'll notice how things will soon stagnate a little over a year or so.
