The worst place I've ever worked at - Anonymous employee Stefanini Employee Review

Stefanini is proud to tell everybody that "Hey, we have 30k employees around the world" and "Hey, we're not doing any layoffs", but the truth is that it underpays most of their employees and do not care at all with its turnover rate. The company doesn't pay the PLR (the anual mandatory profit participation) except for their high-rank managers and is answering for it to the brazilian judicial system. It was the worst, toxic environment that I've been, where employees were constantly afraid of losing their jobs. I don't recommend working at Stefanini if you wanna keep your mental and physical health in order.
