      There are good people that work for the company but the change in leadership has

      -Pay is at the lower end of the scale -HR seems to just tell individuals what they want to hear to calm them down to get them out of the office if anything is said at all. -Ever changing goals that become unrealistic. -Corporate support is only there to tell you how you are failing and not there to help resolve issues. -Seems to be a company that is always for sale.

      This is a company where you can learn a lot if you are willing to take initiative. There are many talented people you can connect with who are willing to help you improve and do your job better. I also believe there is a real opportunity to regain stability and grow professionally.

      Cons

      There are still some organizational challenges, including unclear ownership in certain areas and a high level of uncertainty. The onboarding process could also be improved, as it mainly focuses on general company benefits and HR information, rather than providing role-specific training or guidance for the actual job responsibilities.
