Pros
I've been working for them for almost a year. As I'm meeting more people I'm seeing that in a world filled with red tape, our company offers plenty of opportunity for people who are driven and motivated to being the best in their field. The culture is fairly relaxed but each department has its stress depending on what time of the year we are in. Our risk managers and their training program is one of the best out there.
Cons
I think the company is fantastic for self motivated people, but there is a lack of training held on an annual basis on basic functions for management. Little to no training on specifics. Support functions can be difficult. If you have to be told what to do 100% of the time it may not be a good fit.
