      Pros

      This has been the best company that I have worked for in over 12 years of professional experience. Great culture and benefits. Hard to complain about anything.

      Cons

      Could maybe have more PTO, but it is fair and average if not above average.

      Pros

      Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
