      Friendly team for a while, but very quickly moves into a bit of chaos

      Cons

      I feel they need to starting placing more faith in the team and also review their very US-centric approach on customer approach that they think are all buying just cattle.

      Pros

      Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
